During our weekend stay, we were impressed with the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. Despite the language barrier, they were warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. Another highlight of our time at the hotel was the variety of relaxing spots available. From hammocks to lounge chairs by the pool, we were able to unwind and enjoy our time away.
We did experience some minor issues during our stay. Our balcony door and window wouldn't close properly and there was an issue with the shower temperature - it was too hot and we were unable to adjust it to our comfort level.

The accommodation had a nice location within walking distance of local attractions and dining options. the room was cozy, although there were problems with the balcony door, making it difficult to sleep peacefully. the bathroom was not ideal, with the shower temperature being too hot to adjust. the staff was wonderful, though, always willing to help and very welcoming. the pool and common areas were great places to hang out and enjoy the charming atmosphere.
The noise from the main road could be an issue for light sleepers.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Best aspects include the welcoming staff who were always smiling and ready to help. Despite not speaking English, they made us feel comfortable. We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel with various spots to unwind, including hammocks and a pool. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness was impressive, and the breakfast spread was great. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to transportation and the city center.

We had an amazing romantic escape! the charming ambiance made it the perfect getaway spot. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and even though they didn't speak English, they went out of their way to make us feel at home. the hammocks and the swimming pool were perfect for relaxation, and the location near the beach and local shops was just what we were looking for.
The shower water was a bit too hot for our liking, and unfortunately, we couldn't adjust it. the balcony door and window were slightly faulty, which made it impossible to close them properly.
